Who we are

The Men Oh Pause (themenohpause.com) is a trading name of Linbetta Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14572344), registered office 20 Hallgate, Cottingham, HU16 4DJ. What we collect and why

• Email sign-up: your email address and first name, when you join the Men Oh Pause Club. We use them to send our weekly email and the free printable Brain Fog Log. Our lawful basis is your consent.
• Emails you send us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Site logs: our host records technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working.

The Brain Fog Log

The online Brain Fog Log stores your entries only in your own browser on your own device. We never receive or see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Who we share it with

We use Hostinger to host this website and to send our emails (Hostinger Reach). Hostinger processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We never sell your information.

Cookies

This site only uses essential cookies needed for it to work. If you click an affiliate link, the retailer may set its own cookies on its website so we can be credited for a sale; their privacy and cookie policies apply there.

How long we keep it

We keep your email details until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Emails you send us are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@themenohpause.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
